Jeaux Brown joined KCI in 2015, following a 14 year career in the private sector. She is an accomplished analyst with successful results in achieving operational efficiency, increased revenue, and improved customer satisfaction through root cause analysis to determine best practices and improvements to processes and systems.
Jeaux is driven to find the best way to get a goal accomplished. She resists the theory of “that is the way it has always been done.” With technology, innovative thinking, critical problem solving, and commitment to change, often a better way can be found. She is a champion of change and excels at spearheading change management initiatives.
Jeaux specializes in process and systems enhancements, data management, and training. She previously worked on the design, testing, implementation, and adoption of a Customer Relationship Management tool; the results of which were increased productivity by 40 percent and reduced unnecessary headcount by 25 percent within one year for a major solid waste company. The project consisted of training and adoption for over 500 users in five locations across the United States. Her keen ability to identify and resolve system and process issues were key in meeting deadlines and delivering quality results.
