Lisa Lamppert has 14 years of consulting experience and 5 years with KCI.  Lisa’s passion is to help others excel at their passion.  She is an expert problem-solver who specializes in strategic assessment and development, process improvement, and change management.  Lisa has strong communication and critical thinking abilities.

Lisa is adept at financial analyses, system modeling, and comparative evaluations.  She has worked on several projects that included comprehensive, dynamic modeling for feasibility studies, cost of service analysis, and rate model development.

Lisa has authored numerous solid waste procurement documents and contracts that have resulted in agreements with annual values of more than $59 million.  These procurements include services for collection, recyclables processing, disposal, transfer station operations, and alternative waste processing technologies resulting in quality service from vendors to our clients.  Her ability to think strategically and her attention to details enables her to produce thorough documents for our clients.

Prior to joining KCI, Lisa ran her own consulting firm which offered innovative management solutions including business coaching, strategic planning, operational audits, financial reviews, and customized management training programs.
