Lucy Baker  is KCI’s Office Manager and Executive Assistant to Mitch Kessler with over 15 years of experience. Her strengths include vendor management, facility oversight, contract review, and administrative management. Lucy has completed 4 complex office moves and 2 office build outs on time and under budget, has a proven track record of re-negotiated contracts resulting in substantial savings, and has managed several high performing administrative teams.  Lucy is an expert in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and highly skilled in MS Project, MS Visio, Adobe Acrobat, she also has experience in SharePoint, Concur, and QuickBooks. Lucy was born in the U.K., grew up in Kenya, and has worked in Hong Kong, CA and VA.
