Stephanie McDannold joined KCI in 2018 bringing with her 14 years of experience operating landfills, managing solid waste systems, and implementing numerous solid waste projects and programs.

Most recently, she worked for 5½ years in environmental, health and safety roles for Johnson Controls’ Tampa battery manufacturing plant. Although rewarding and a great experience that added tools such as Six Sigma and Lean Practitioner certifications, Stephanie’s passion for the solid waste industry gave her a strong desire to come back “home.”

Stephanie is a highly skilled, energetic and detail-oriented leader with over twenty years of experience in strategic planning, operational efficiency, contract negotiation, business/technical writing, staff development, and budgeting analysis.
