CHARLES "CHAS" JORDAN

Chas Jordan joined KCI in 2019 after owning and operating his own consulting firm, Radiant Training & Consulting. Prior to this he served as a Technical Consultant for Pavement Technology, Inc and as Assistant Public Works Director of the City of Largo, Florida. He manages projects including waste management strategic plans, waste composition study preparation and oversight, grant preparation and implementation, data analysis, sustainability action plans and studies, processing contract management, educational material development, training, rate and fee reviews and analysis and various research projects.

Chas brings County and City management experience from a public administrative perspective for inclusion on our team. He also brings with him a broad range of waste management, sustainability, and technical skill disciplines that help round out the consultants in our team and bring a policy and public sector approach to concepts, ideas, and plans. His previous experience with the City of Largo and Duval County, has allowed him a unique perspective and understanding of both municipal and county agencies, both how they are managed, and how they operate effectively. In his role as Senior Consultant, Chas serves as a project or task manager for various programs within KCI. He has managed on-site cart collection and composition studies for counties, procurement document reviews for large municipalities, and strategic planning programs for both types of government.
